Insiyah joined Lucida Group in 2021 as Chief Risk Officer. She has oversight of the risk and regulatory compliance across the group. Insi has over 20 years' experience working in the insurance industry, covering risk and compliance roles for the last 15 years. She has held senior compliance roles in large and small insurance companies including Towergate, HWF, Barbon and HSBC Insurance Brokers.
