Lucida Group, the fast-growing group of specialist insurance broking businesses, has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jon Sutton to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director who will succeed Mark Mugge.

With a career spanning more than 20 years within the Insurance Industry, Jon has held a variety of senior finance positions, leading organic and inorganic growth strategies, and brings a wealth of experience, notably, from his roles with Ardonagh, Sedgwick and Aon.
